Pot Size: 2" Pot

Living stones are collector plants with one non-negotiable rule: their watering calendar is the opposite of a normal houseplant, and overwatering is what kills nearly every one that dies. Water lightly in early fall when flower buds form, then keep them completely dry all winter, and give absolutely no water from late winter into spring while the new leaf pair emerges and absorbs the old one - the old leaves are the plant's water supply, and watering then causes it to burst or rot. Resume very occasional water only after the old pair has shriveled to papery husks, and keep them dry again through the peak of summer. Shipped in a 2" Pot, well-rooted from our Lineville, Alabama nursery.
