Wade Greens is a small family farm, and this website is how most people find us. We want it to work for everyone who visits — on a phone in a market parking lot, on a laptop, with a screen reader, with the text zoomed way up, or with a keyboard instead of a mouse.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our reference. It is the standard most organizations use, and it is what we measure our own pages against as we build and rebuild them.
We would rather tell you than pretend otherwise. A few parts of the site still need work:
Use the form below, or email service@wadegreens.com. It helps if you can tell us the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and what you were using — a phone, a computer, a screen reader, voice control. We read every message and we will write back.
If you are asking about an order you already placed, orders@wadegreens.com is the faster route.
If the website is not working for you, you do not have to fight with it. Email us what you want and we will take the order by email, or meet you at one of our farmers markets and hand it to you there.
Accessibility is not a box we check once. As we rebuild pages, we fix what we find and update this page with it. If you spot something we have missed, tell us — that is usually how we find out.
If any part of this site is hard to use, we want to hear about it. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened, and we will look into it and write back.
