Description

Lemon verbena leaves are narrow, glossy, and slightly rough, and a single leaf will scent a whole cup or pitcher. It infuses beautifully into liquids but is too fibrous to eat chopped raw, so steep it and strain it out. The oil is volatile, so add it late and off the heat when you want the full perfume. Cut fresh and sold through local Alabama delivery, farm pickup, and our farmers-market stand.

Local delivery and farm pickup within Alabama. We don't ship produce, microgreens, cut herbs or edible flowers out of state — they're picked at peak and wouldn't survive the trip.

When

Cut to order. We'll reach out to set a delivery or pickup time, usually within a day or two of your order.

Refrigerate on arrival. Fresh items are best within a few days.

Why we only ship Mondays and Tuesdays

A plant in a dark box is on a clock. Shipping early in the week means it reaches you before the weekend instead of sitting in a warehouse from Friday to Monday. It costs us a day or two of lead time and saves a lot of plants.

Practically: an order placed Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or over the weekend goes out the following Monday. We'd rather tell you that now than let you find it in a tracking number.

How long it takes once it leaves
